CONTRACT BRIDGE
The winners of the Northern Contract Bridge Club's Patton movement teams of four match were: —First section: *Urs. Heiglnvay, Mrs. Warren, Mr. J. A. Ca hill, and Captain Barnes. Second section: Mrs. Green, Mrs. Wilson, Mrs. Catighey and Miss Wright. Thirtv-four pairs participated in the first series of Conrtenay par hands, in which points are awarded for bidding, leads and piny. The winners were Dr. Bruce Mackenzie and Mr. C. BruceSmith with IMG points, and Dr. P. Moir and Mr. I!. K. Wvlie were second with l.'M points. The possible was 160. Good scores were also obtained by Mrs. Watson and Mr. N. (). Morgan, 129; Mr. C. L. Eastgate and Mr. J). Pnrdie, 128; Mi'. N. A\ntson and C. V. Cavendish, 125; Mr. A. N. Lamb and Mr. S. Mann, 115.
