CLAY-BIRD SHOOTING
METROPOLITAN GUN CLUB The Metropolitan Gun Club held its fortnightly skeet shoot on Saturday afternoon at Mangere in ideal weather. Two complete rounds of skeet were fired, top score in the first being returned by A. E. Robinson, with 20. J. B. Spencer shot remarkably well, going to the 14th target without a miss and finishing with 10. The next highest were R. G. White and F. H. Seccombe with 17 each. In the second round, P. H. Seccombe iiianaged to break the club record with 23 breaks, his two misses being at No. 8 position. E. Monteith was next with 20, A. E. Robinson, 10, and L. F. Ramsey, 18, following. ,
