YEAR'S LARGE INCREASE [from our own corrkspondknt] MORRINSVILLE. Friday An increase of 217 vehicles registered at the Morrinsville Post Office at December 31, 1936, as compared with 1935 is an indication of the growing motor population of the Morrinsville district. At December 31 there were 885 motorcars registered at Morrinsville as compared with 723 in 1935, an increase of 162 or nearly 25 per cent. Light motor-vans increased during 1936 from 104 to 137 and heavy motor-lorries bv 24, from 118 to 142.
