HIS MAJESTY'S ARCADE SLIGHT FALL IN PROFIT, HIGHER DIVIDEND RATE A net profit of £.'3050, against £3115, ■was earned by His Majesty's Arcade and Theatre Company, Limited, for the year ended December 31. The final dividends recommended are 2 3-5 per cent on preference shares, making 5 1-5 per cent for the year, and 3.V per cent on ordinary shares, making with 3J per cent interim dividend, 7 per cent for the year, against 6J per cent in 1935. The year's dividends require £3140 and £175, representing income from investments, has been transferred to reserve, increasing this fund to £325. These appropriations leave £714 to be. carried forward, against £979 brought in.
