AUSTRALIAN RESIGNATIONS ADELAIDE, Jan. <S Mr. K. Phillips Dancker, Vice-Consul for Spain, has tendered his resignation because ho "cannot reconcile himself with the politics of his Government." He says the Consul-General for Spain ill Sydney, Senor Pedro de Ygual, resigned for the same reason.
