BAND WICK MEETING NEW ZEALAND-BRED WINNERS LYNCH LAW AND ON PARADE (Received December 27, 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Dec. 37 The Australian Jockey Club's Summer Meeting was concluded at Randwick yesterday, heavy rain making the track holding. J. f. Jamieson's Limond colt Lynch Law further stressed his claims to be recognised as the best colt of the year by comfortably winning the December Stakes, his third victory in three starts. He quickly ran to the front and the issue was never in doubt* Lynch Law has now demonstrated his ability to handle any ground in any circumstances. Jamieson's other Limond colt. Birthday Boy, ran second in the Summer Nursery Handicap. On Parade, relishing the heavy going, convincingly won the A.J.C. Handicap. Latharna and Wagner were unplaced in the Christmas Trial Handicap. A protest entered by E. Hewitt, trainer of El Senorita, against Sir Ross being declared the winner of the Sum- | mer Cup, on the ground that A. R. ; Knox, when using his whip approaching the winning post, struck R. J. Heather, causing the latter to lose his whip, resulted in Hewitt being fined £5 for lodging a frivolous objection.
