INFANT'S BODY IN TIN
The identity has not yet been established of the newlv-born baby whose body was found in a tin on Kohimarama Beach early on Friday evenii'g. When the inquest was opened on Saturday morning before Mr. F. K. Hunt, coroner, Detective Allsop said that there appeared to be an injury at the base of the child's skull. The inquest was adjourned and a post-mortem examination, w.as ordered.
