FALL FROM EXPRESS
DEATH OF PASSENGER WELLINGTON BUSINESS MAN {by TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] TAUMARUNUI, Saturday Falling from the first express from Wellington a mile and a-lialf north of Owhango about one o'clock this morning, a married man, Mr. Herbert Kenneth Harre, aged 46, was killed. Mr. Harre, who lived in Wadestown, Wellington, and was a well-known businessman, was clad in pyjamas and an overcoat when he left the sleeping compartment lie and his wife were occupying. Mr. Harre's failure to return to the compartment was reported to the police j at Frankton by Mrs. Harre. When she reached Auckland she was met by the i police and informed of the discovery of her husband's body. The driver of a goods train bound from Ohakune to Taumarunui saw the body on the line early this morning. He communicated with the police. An inquest will be hold at Taumarun ui.
