THAMES GIRLS' PARTY
The president of the Thames' Girls' Club, Mrs. J. Rubber, and the members of the committee were hostesses at a party given for club members and their friends at the Druids' Hall, Newton. The guests of honour were the artists who had performed throughout the year ' Among those present were: —Mesdames G. Smith, Riley, O'Rorke, A. Sage, C.Sage, C. Smith, R. Wheeler, M. Walker, Broberg, Ridley, Loudon, Helmbrecht, Fairweather/Lelean, Reed, Cherinside, Misses A. Farrell, McPherson, Andrews. Norris, Nicholls, Helmbrecht and Fairweather. The committee members present were: Mesdames Nicholls, Benjamin, H. Thorburn, McPherson, Andrews, Davison, Stubbing, W. S. Miller, M. Wren, and Miss Dorothy Dolan.
