MUNICIPAL FLATS
BIG LONDON SCHEMER COUNTY COUNCIL ADOPTS British Wireless RUGBY, Nov. 17 The London County Council to-da.v adopted the scheme for the erection of municipal flats on the site of 50 acres formerly occupied by the White City Exhibition, Hammersmith, at a '•ost of nearly £1,437,000. There will be 2256 dwellings, 14 shops and administrative huildings and a children's playground.
