EXPENDITURE AT HAMILTON [from OUR own CORRKSrOXDKN'r] HAMILTON, Wednesday Tho Hamilton Borough Council decided this evening to transfer £IOOO from the electricity account si ml to allot £7.'SU in the permanent works account to meet the cost of repairing damage caused by floods on November 8, estimated at £.520, and tho following items: Asphalt streets and maintenance, £ir>o; alterations to No. 1 bridge, £.'(()(); traffic bridge footway, £700; traffic inspectors' car, £.'<oo; bathing pools in the river, £l2.>; Fow Street sealing and footway asphalting, £2500; telephone cabinets, £-'3o.
