A decree nisi was granted to Arthur Walter Bennett Green against Hilda Alice Green on the ground of desertion. Separation was proved in the case in which Ella Lillian Coombes was granted an annulment of her marriage with Nigel John James Coombes. Evidence that respondent was living with another woman was given in the case in which Florence Maude Litchwork was granted a decree nisi against Albert Edward Litchwork.
