HOLIDAY IN DOMINION NO PART IN POLITICS "I have no intention of taking ail active part in politics at the present timo," said Sir James Parr, former High Commissioner for Now Zealand in London, on his return to Auckland from England by tlw yesterday. "I have just had three of the most arduous years of my life in London, and I am going to have a holiday." Sir James &aid ho had brought with him a small motor-car, in which he proposed to travel round tho country on holiday. His future movements were uncertain, except that ho intended to go to Wellington next week to meet, the Prime Minister, Mr. Savage, and pay his respects. Sir James Parr is to he accorded a civic reception in the Town Hall council chamber at 12.15 p.m. to-day, and afterwards ho is to he entertained at a welcome home luncheon by tho Auckland Grammar School Old Boys' Association in Milne and Chovce's Reception Hall.
