WREATH FOR CENOTAPH PLANTS FROM KEW GARDENS (Received November 11, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Nov. 10 At the Cenotaph to-morrow —Armistice Day—the Colonial Secretary, Mr. W. Ormsby-Gore, will lay a wreath of flowers made from plants grown in the Colonies and Dependencies. The wreath has been prepared under the supervision of Sir Arthur Hill, director of the Royal Botanic Gardens. Kew, London, and comprises a selection of the colonial plants now in flower there.
