APPRECIATION OF WORK £BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] DARGAVILLE, Wednesday Members of the Northern Wairoa division of the St. John Ambulance Brigade last evening took farewell of Ambulance-Officer C. D. Wykes, who has been transferred to Auckland. In making a presentation of a goldmounted fountain pen, on behalf of the members, tho president, Mr. F. A. Jones, spoke of the services given by Mr. Wykes since the inception of the division nine years ago.
