PARKING IN KAITAIA
SPECIAL AREA SET ASIDE [I!Y TKLKGHAI'H —OWN CORRESPONDENT] KAITAIA, Wednesday Owing to the greatly increased volume of motor traffic in the main street of Kaitaia, especially during the late shopping liight, Saturday, and the difficulty that is being experienced in the parking of motor-vehicles in the business centre, the Kaitaia Town Board has decided to set aside an area in one of tlie by-streets just off the main area as a parking area specially for buses and lorries. A number of these vehicles run into Kaitaia from the outer districts, and the board considered that there was need for a recognised starting point. This would also allow a greater parking area for cars in the main street when the bigger vehicles were removed.
