MOSCOW'S NET
STRIKING REVELATIONS f SPREAD OF PROPAGANDA VATICAN EXHIBITS PROOFS By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, Oct. 5 The Rome correspondent of the Morning Post describes a secret exhibition at; the Vatican where selected persons are shown proofs of Communist propaganda collected from all parts of the world. These reveal the unremitting vigilance of the Church against what is considered to be its most dangerous enemy. The first impression on passing through the lieavily-curtained door to the exhibition is of entrance into Moscow's Ministry of Propaganda. A lifelike efiigy of Lenin, placed on a rostrum, covered by a red cloth, points fiercely to rooms containing proofs of his policy of exterminating existing society and uprooting religion. ■ .Also, there is a copious display of open and clandestine periodicals which have been circulated in both hemispheres. Hero is revealed a far-flung co-ordination with Moscow, disclosing methods of approaching different national mentalities and also Russian genius for psychology and opportunism in exploiting local grievances.
Evidence of recent intensification of propaganda in Spain is a very notable feature of tho exhibition.
