ILOTOItUA, Wednesday The Rotorua Borough Council last night deoidod to outline to Mr. Alfred Hill, the New Zealand composer, at present in Australia, the proposals for the establishment of a conservatorium .of Maori music in Rotorua as a centennial memorial, and to invite Mr. Hill to state the terms on which he would be prepared to accept an engagement with the council until the centennial organisation is in operation. The decision was a sequel to the representations recently made by the Mayor, Mr. T. Jackson, to the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. W. E.
