BACK TO NEW YORK
TWO AMERICAN FLIERS DEPARTURE FROM ENGLAND (Received September 14, 5.55 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 14 The American fliers Messrs. H. Richman and R. Merrill took off from Southport at 3.5 a.m. to-day on their return flight to New York. Thousands of spectators cheered them as they left.
Before their departure Mr. Richman said they had already ordered a dinner of steak and chips in New York, and expected to eat it at 7 p.m.
