TROUBLE AT NAPIER POSSIBILITY OF SETTLEMENT [BY TELKGRArH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] NAPIER, Sunday There is every likelihood that the No. 5 scheme relief workers in Napier who have been on strike during the past week will return to work to-mor-row morning.
