SERVICES TO NEW ZEALAND LEAVES LONDON BY AIR (Received September 3, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 2 Before the announcement by the Prime Minister of New Zealand, Mr. M. J. Savage, that Mr. Francis Bertram,, deputy director of civil aviation to the Air Ministry, would be going to New Zealand to advise on the J asman and Pacific air services reached London, Mr. Bertram already was in the air on board to-day's Imperial Airway's service bound for Australia. Mr. Bertram is travelling alone and is expected to be absent for two and a-half months.
