ALPINISTS' FEAT
BAVARIAN PEAK SCALED NEW ZEALANDER IN PARTY BERLIN, August 30 A party of nine English and German mountaineers and also Mr. W. G. McClymont, a member of the New Zealand Alpine Club, have ascended the Soellerkoepfe peak, in the Bavarian mountains, mostly up vertical rock 2800 feet in height.
The mountain had not been climbed previously.
