FURTHER LEGISLATION [BY TELEGRAPH— SPECIAL REPORTER] WELLINGTON, Friday The introduction of the Agricultural Workers Bill providing for minimum rates of pay and periodical holidays for workers on dairy farms and defining living conditions of farm labourers generally, was the chief feature of proceedings in the House of Representatives to-day.
