WORK IN THE NORTH [from our own correspondent] WHANGAREI, Saturday A year of steady progress was the feature of the annual report presented to the annual meeting of the North Auckland Prcsbyterial Association held yesterday. The moderator of the North Auckland Presbytery, Rev. N. C. Hall, of Kaikolie, presided over a large attendance. The following officers were elected:— President, Mrs. C. Brierly; vice-presi-dent, Mrs. 1). H. Hay; secretary, Mrs. C. Pushbrooke; treasurer, Mrs. G. E. Sharman; corresponding secretary, Mrs. Melnnes; arrowroot secretary, Mrs. A. Weaver; literary secretary, Mrs. W. Elliott; Maori arts and crafts, Mrs. H. Nightingale; Oriental goods secretary, Miss I. Killen; harvest field secretary, Miss B. Pushbrooke; box secretary, Mrs. A. Scott.
