"Pain mid suffering are always quoted in these cases, but you cannot have pain without suffering," commented Mr. Justice lilair in the Supreme Court at Palmerston North, during the hearing of an action for damages as the result of a motor collision. "Lawyers like to say things twice over," added His Honor.
