USE BY FOREIGN LEGATIONS ITALIAN BAN ON TRANSMISSION British Wireless RUGBY, July 12 Jn regard to the announcement that General Graziani had issued a decree restricting the use of all save the Italian Government wireless stations in Addis Ababa, no objection has apparently been raised against the continuance of the Legation wireless stations to receive messages, but there is a question of a 15 days' ban on transmission. So far as the British Legation is concerned the matter is being taken up in Rome, and meanwhile the Legation is continuing to transmit its messages. The British Government is also in communication with the Governments of the United States, France and Germany, whose Legations in Addis Ababa are also concerned
