MOSCOW'S RED SQUARE PARADE OF ATHLETES (Received July 12, G. 35 p.m.) MOSCOW, July J1 One of the most extraordinary Association football matches in history was played in connection with the celebration of Constitution Day in lied Square, which was covered with a green one-piece carpet properly marked out and surrounded by a synthetic cinder track on which relay races were run. Teams played football in the presence of M. Stalin, Al. Molotoff and other notables. They also watched a parade of 70,000 athletes- representing all sports. Swimmers gave exhibitions of the crawl stroke in a portable tank which was drawn across the square.
