WINS FOR NEW SOUTH WALES (Received July 12, 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 12 The Rugby Union inter-State carnival concluded yesterday. New South Males defeated Queensland by 12 points to 8, and the second New South Wales team defeated Victoria by 42 points to 3.
