AMERICA COLONISING
YOUTHS FROM HONOLULU
HONOLULU. July 5
America has colonised again the islands of Baker, Howland and Jarvis, to which Britain has claims, by placing four Honolulu youths on each island from the coastguard steamer Itasca. Additional colonists are to sail soon accompanied by Mr. William Miller, airways superintendent of the Commerce Department, who is now in Honolulu.
