DOMAIN BOARD CONTROL [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] TAUBAN'GA, SaturdaySteps being taken to place tho control of Moturiki Island again in tho hands of the Mount Maunganui Domain Board have been approved by the acting-Minister of Lands, tho Hon. W. Leo Martin. . "It will first of all bo necessary for the area to be formally reserved foi recreation purposes, after, which an Order-in-Council will be issued, adding the island to the domain," the Ministei said, in a letter received by the board. "Tlio necessary formalities will take Boino little time, and my department will advise you when the action has been completed."
