RETURNING PROSPERITY
MR. CHAMBERLAIN'S SPEECH MANY DIFFICULT OBSTACLES (Received June 28, 0.35 p.m.) LONDON, June 27 The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, in a speech at Manchester, referred to returning prosperity. "If the same indications of confidence were manifest abroad as in England, J would be completely happy," 31r. Clmmberlain said. "I cannot, however, recollect) a time when there were so many difficult and dangerous obstacles to surmount."
