June 17 The political correspondent of the Times says it is expected that the British Cabinet will make the withdrawal of sanctions agains't Italy conditional upon there being no discrimination by Italy against trade with the sanctionist countries. The Rome correspondent of the ' Daily Mail says the British Cab'jnet's reported intention to abolish sanctions has been received with satisfaction in the Italian capital, but/with no surprise, for it has been considered inevitable since Mr. Neville Chamberlain's speech. The Rome correspondent of the Times says it may he noted that nothing is being said about Italy's removal of her own month ago that the directorate of the Fascist Party declared for the permanent and irrevocable exclusion of the products of the sanctionist countries. It is admitted that Italy is conducting commercial negotiations with a number of countries, including Gerjnanv. Italy obviously is seeking to bend ffap sanctionist countries by dangling before their eyes the rewards she is preparing to bestow upon the nonsanctionist countries.
