UNIVERSITY NEEDS NEGOTIATIONS PROCEEDING [BY TELECRAPH—SPECIAL REPORTER] WELLINGTON, Monday Negotiations regarding proposed alterations and additions to the science buildings of the Auckland University College are proceeding between th« Government and the College Council., according to a statement made thin evening by the Minister of Education, Hon. P. Fraser. " The negotiations are not yet sufficiently far advanced for me to comment on them in detail," Mr. Fraser said. " It will be necessary for plans to bo prepared and estimates drawn up before the definite question of a Government grant for the building can be considered."
