ANNUAL DUCK DINNER
SOCIETY'S EXTRA REVENUE [FROM OCR OWN CORRESPONDENT] HAMILTON, Sunday There was a large attendance of sportsmen at the annual duck dinner held last evening by the Hamilton Acclimatisation Society. Mr. A. .E. Missen presided. Among those present was Mr. F. E. McKenzie, president of the Auckland Acclimatisation Society, who, in replying to a toast, said that it was expected that shooting licences sold this year would yield £3OOO, and that, with this extra revenue, the society would be able to liberate 2000 pheasants and 3000 duck for the next season if this number of birds was available.
