An address 011 Holland was giyen to tho Pen women's League 011 I'rway afternoon by Mrs. Anno Lane. _ The tulip gardens, tho university cities of Lovden and Utrecht and the markets ol Holland were described, and Mrs. Lane also spoke of tho quaint marriage ceremonies which she witnessed. At Doom, where the ex-Kaiser lives, she saw a beautiful rose garden which ltt) had presented to tho townspeople. Mrs. Car 1 " Rollett presided at the meeting.
