FLYING ANGEL MISSION
A popular concert, arranged by Mr. A. Hamblin, was given at the Flying Angel Mission on Wednesday night. The programme was composed of instrumental and vocal numbers, monologues, fancy dancing and community singing. Among those who assisted were:—Mesdames Dunn, Stock, C. D. Simpson, Misses Kathleen Boyle, Mavis Bradshaw, Anita Copelana, Ngaire Haynes, Alowyth Dunn, Lorraine Guinivere, Daphne Roberts, Nola Howe, Fay Helmbrecht," Messrs. S. Stephenson, F. McKnight, R. McKenna and J. Kilbridge (Rangitane) and Master Frank Green. Refreshments were served by members of the Harbour Lights Guild.
