Commander B. C. B. Brooke; has been in command of H.M.S. PHjio. mel and officer in charge of the Devon, port Naval Base since September, 1933 will leave by the Rangitane his return to England. He will be 10. companied by Mrs. Brooke.
Mr. G. N. T. Greenbank, of Seaford College, Sussex, England, has been aa. pointed to the staff of King's CoUegT Auckland. Mr. Greenbank, who is j New Zealander, is an M.A. of Cambridge University, and has been a master at Seaford College since leaving Can*, bridge. He will commence his duties at King's College in September, after Mr. J. D. Lewis leaves to take up kb Rhodes Scholarship at Oxford.
Mr. Johannes C. Andersen, librarian of the Turnbull Library, Wellington, will leave for England on May 22. While abroad he will represent various New Zealand interests at conferences. He will attend the English-American historians' conference in London during July and hopes to be present at the World Numismatic Congress. He will also attend conferences in Buenos Aires and will return to New Zealand in October
