CHILD FATALLY INJURED
KNOCKED DOWN BY TAXI ACCIDENT AT HAMILTON [bt telegraph OWN correspondent] HAMILTON, Thursday Fatal injuries were received by a child named Beverly Joy Webb, aged five years, a daughter of Mr. L. C. Webb, a railway employee at Frankton, who was knocked down by a taxi in Seddon Road, near Rugby Park, Hamilton, this afternoon. Suffering from severe head injuries, the child was taken to the Waikato Hospital. She died shortly after 11.30 p.m.
