FUNERALS AT OPOTIKI [by TELEGRAPH OAVN correspondent] OPOTIKI. Wednesday There were large attendances this afternoon at the funerals of the late Mrs. C, Connelly and Mr. T. A. Abbot, sister and brother, who died within an hour of each other on Monday. The service for Mrs. Connelly was conducted bv Captain Gower, of the Salvation Army, Mrs. Connolly linving been n devoted adherent of the Salvation Army for many years. The llev, A. C. Hampton, of the Presbyterian Church, conducted the other service.
