Full information and declaration forms are obtainable at all money-order offices, and payment of the emergency unemployment charge should be made nt a local post office or to the secretary, Department of Labour, Wellington. , , It is pointed out that persons who fail to furnish declarations as and when required render themselves lin bio, 011 summary conviction, to a fino of £SO. A penalty equal to 10 per cent of the amount of tax duo will be added to any instalment not paid within one month of tho due date.
