AMERICAN FLEET
SECRET MANOEUVRES SIX WEEKS IN PACIFIC 150 SHIPS, 450 AEROPLANES (Received April 27, 5.5 p.m.) SAN DIEGO, April 26 Most of the vessels in the United States Navy, led by 11 capital ships, will steam away to-morrow for six weeks of secret manoeuvres in the Pacific. About 150 ships and 450 aeroplanes will be involved. Divided into two forces the fleet will engage in tactical operations and work its way down the coast to Panama Bay.
