ANOTHER AIR RACE

SOUTH AUSTRALIA CENTENARY CELEBRATION ADELAIDE, April ii 7 The Premier of South Australia, Mr. R. L. Butler, announced to-day that the South Australian centenary air race would start from Brisbane on December 18 and finish at Adelaide. There would be speed and handicap sections, and in the former compulsory stops would be made for refuelling at Sydney and Melbourne. The prizes would be: Handicap section, £SOO, £IOO and £25, and a prize of £25 for the best performance on each day. Speed section: £250 and £SO.
