HAMILTON FUNCTION
COMBINED BANKS DANCE One of the first dances of the season held in the Regent Ballroom, Hamilton, last week, was organised by the staffs of the Hamilton Combined Banks and attracted a large attendance. Flowers and greenery in autumn tonings decorated the supper tables which were arranged round the dance floor, while multi-coloured streamers were used for the ceiling and walls. Mrs. Brewis, of Auckland, is visiting Hamilton. Mrs. J. F. Strang and Miss E. Strang, of Hamilton, will leave this week for a holiday trip to Sydney. Mrs. C. L. MacDiarmid has returned to Hamilton from Gisborne.
