Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday. Mr. Sullivan appeared for Evans, who pleaded guilty. Senior-Sergeant Flannagan said that the car had been removed from Hobson Street, and a constable had seen accused driv? it past the Devonport night launch landing and park it in Little Queen Street. Some damage to the car had been reported, but as yet the damage had not been assessed.
