AEROPLANE MISHAPS
ACCIDENTS IN AUSTRALIA "There is no common factor to the threo accidents, except that they are all unexplained," said Major A. Murray-Jones, representative for the Do Havilland Aircraft Company, Limited, in Australia, in commenting yesterday on tho series of mishaps to DHB6 machines in Australia. Major Murray-Jones, accompanied by his wife, is a through passenger for England by the Aorangi, which arrived from Sydney yesterday. DHB6 machines were giving great service in many parts of tho world, and no trouble had ben experienced except in the Australian accidents, he said. An indication of the satisfaction they had given was that firms wero reordering. A great deal of information and evidence had been collected about two of tho three accidents, and it was certain that there was no basic weakness.
