ACTOR'S LAWSUIT
CORPORATION'S CONTRACT JUDGMENT FOR 85,000 DOLLARS / NEW YORK, April 26 William S. Hart, formerly well known in silent motion pictures, has been given judgment for 85,000 dollars against the "United Artists Corporation by the New York Supreme Court. Plaintiff, who is now 65 years old, alleged that the corporation broke a contract by its; failure properly to exploit his last picture, "Tumble Weeds," made in 1925. He said he had invested his last penny in the production of the picture, which United Artists eventually 'coupled with "a cheap dog" picture.
