[BY TELEGRAPH OWN CORRESPONDENT] WAIHI, Sunday Warned by a passer-by, who noticed the glare of flames in the bedroom in which the nine-months-old baby of Mr. and Mrs. T. Roberts, of Clark Street, was sleeping last night in its perambulator, the parents found that a blazing curtain lay across the perambulator, part of the cloth lining of which had begun to smoulder. The child was unharmed.
