NEW ADMINISTRATOR
WEST INDIAN ISLANDS (Received April 23, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, April 22 Mr. A. S. Wright, secretary of the Native Affairs Department, Fiji, has been appointed Administrator and Colonial Secretary at St. Vincent, one of the Windward Islands, in succession to Mr. A. F. Grimble. The term Windward Islands, for the purposes of administration, is applied to islands in the West Indies lying between Martinique and Trinidad. v St. Vincent is the administrative centre, and the governor and council of eight members meet at Kingstown, tho capital of the jsland.
