REDS IN AMERICA
SENSATIONAL REPORT ACTIVITIES IN CONGRESS "BORING FROM WITHIN" (Received April 23, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, April 22 Mrs. Vinton Sisson, who presides over the national defence section of the American Daughters of the Revolution, a noted patriotic society, laid before that body to-day a sensational report in which she stated: " Communists, masquerading under the protective cloak of one or other of the major parties, are being elected to Congress and are boring from within. They are responsible for most of the efforts to amend the Constitution, and in no other phase of national life has this boring from within process been more apparent than in the Congress of the United States."
