STRUCK BY BICYCLE
MAN SERIOUSLY HURT < ACCIDENT NEAR HENDERSON Struck by a bicycle while walking along the Great North Road, about a mile south of Henderson, shortly after eight o'clock last night, a middle-aged man, Mr. It. F. Dixon, of 5 St. Leonard's Road, Glen Eden, was knocked down and is thought to have fractured his skull. He was taken in a St. John ambulance to the Auckland Hospital, where his condition at an early hour this morning was regarded as critical. Before the arrival of the ambulance at the scene of the accident the injured man was attended by Dr. Rhoda Robb, whose residence is near by.
